目的:分析太白乌头甲醇提取石油醚萃取部分的化学成分。方法:甲醇提取太白乌头后用石油醚萃取,GC-MS法分析和鉴定其化学成分,并采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分相对百分含量。结果:共分离出38个化合物并鉴定出其中的33个,鉴定的成分占流出峰面积的97.28%。大部分为脂肪酸及其酯类、甾类和烯类化合物。含量最高的为棕榈酸(12.083%),其次为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(10.184%)、1-亚油酸单甘油酯(8.962%)、(顺,顺)9,12-十八二烯酸(8.054%)等。结论:首次报道了太白乌头的非生物碱成分,为太白乌头资源的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the extraction fraction of petroleum ether from M. taibaiensis. METHODS: After extracting the Aconitum sphaerocephala from methanol, it was extracted with petroleum ether. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The relative percentage content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. Results: A total of 38 compounds were isolated and 33 of them were identified. The identified components accounted for 97.28% of the area of the outflow peaks. Most of them are fatty acids and their esters, terpenes, and vinyls. The highest content was palmitic acid (12.083%), followed by tempeh-4-en-3-one (10.184%), 1-linoleic acid monoglyceride (8.962%), (cis, cis) 9,12- Octadecate acid (8.054%) and so on. Conclusion: The non-alkaloidal components of Aconitum taibai were reported for the first time, which provided basis for the further development and utilization of Taibai Aconitum resources.
