During the season of kumquat fragrance, with the inspection and acceptance group of universal primary education in Neijiang City, I visited over 60 schools in Jianyang County and took part in the whole inspection and acceptance process. What I saw and heard made me feel deeply that popularization of primary education in Jianyang County really did a good job.
