水泥浆经过磁处理后,改变了水泥颗粒的表面性质和胶体的电动特性,拆散了水泥浆体的网状结构,使水泥浆的粘度、切力降低,流动性变好,有利于提高固井顶替效率。磁处理使水泥的水化反应速度加快,水化产物数量增多,结晶、沉淀得更完善,水泥石变致密,水泥石的渗透率降低和强度提高,在固井中能更好地封固油气水层。通过室内系列微观实验,研究了磁处理水泥浆的应用机理,论证了磁处理效果。从室内实验到现场应用都证实了,磁处理水泥浆是提高固井质量的一项新技术,并具有施工简单、投资少和效益高的特点。
