正村级算哪一级,这个问题虽说简单,但许多人包括农村干部却不一定能正确地回答出来。因为,我们国家现行的干部政策上找不到这一条,更何况,村干部又没有纳入国家干部的编制序列。 笔者提出这个问题,是现实生活中有些乡镇因乡村干部裁减难,不得已以给退位村干部定级的办法,力图解决这一矛盾。听说,这个办法颇为奏效,下台者有了面子乐得退位,继任者没有了包袱可以轻装上任。但也有不同意见,诸如不利于村干部优胜劣汰,容易滋生村干部的官本位思想,村干部明减暗增加重农民负担等
At what level is the village level, although this question is simple, many people, including rural cadres, may not be able to correctly answer them. Because we can not find this article in the current cadre policy of our country, what’s more, village cadres are not included in the preparation sequence of state cadres. The author raises this issue as an attempt to resolve this contradiction by depriving rural cadres of some townships in real life and of granting them the power to rank grassroots cadres. I heard that this approach is quite effective, who step down with a face-lift, successor no burden can be light. But there are also different opinions, such as not conducive to village cadres survival of the fittest, easy to breed village officials of the official standard thinking, the village cadre clearly reduce the burden on peasants, etc.
