本文选取某幼儿园中大班数学活动进行观察,采用非参与式观察与访谈法相结合的方式,记录课堂教师的课堂提问,并对授课教师进行即时访谈。资料分析结果显示:无效提问占问题总数比例较大,达到68.1%;反复、单纯的是非提问占无效提问的绝大多数,无理答也占有一定比例;教师的提问无法激发幼儿思考。对此,笔者提出如下建议:教师对自己的教学内容深入了解,明确提问目标;针对教学内容需提问之处做足功课,提升自身教学能力;尽量避免习惯性的口语化提问,努力做到提问则有效;重视理答及候答时间;注重提问的顺序性和递进性。
In this paper, we choose a Kindergarten mathematics activities in large classes to observe the use of non-participatory observation and interview methods combined way to record the class teacher’s classroom questions and teachers on-the-spot interview. Data analysis results show that: invalid question occupy a large proportion of the total number of questions, reaching 68.1%; repeated, simple non-questioning accounted for the vast majority of invalid question, unreasonable answer occupy a certain percentage; teacher questions can not stimulate children thinking. In this regard, the author made the following suggestions: Teachers of their own teaching content in-depth understanding of specific questions to ask questions; for teaching content to ask questions to do enough homework to enhance their teaching ability; try to avoid the habit of colloquial questions, and strive to ask questions Then effective; attention to the rationale for answering and answering time; pay attention to the order and progressive nature of the question.
