高校图书馆有着育人与服务并重的两重责任,是高校文化建设的重要组成,是全校师生汲取知识和查找资料的主要场所。因此,图书馆馆员的素质,直接影响着图书馆服务质量的高低。图书馆馆员一定要对自己高标准、严要求,以便推动高校的师德师风建设。
The college library has the dual responsibility of educating people and serving equally. It is an important part of college culture construction and the main place for teachers and students to learn knowledge and find information. Therefore, the quality of librarians directly affects the quality of library services. Librarians must be their own high standards and strict requirements, in order to promote the building of ethics in colleges and universities.
