微机化声显微镜系列已研制成功。它利用一台 IBM—PC/AT 机控制整机工作,并完成声显微图象的数字存贮、处理、显示。它具有操作灵活、观察方便、信息丰富、功能齐全等优点。已成功地应用于材料科学方面的研究工作。如对高温结构陶瓷零件内部微缺陷的无损检测、材料疲劳实验过程观察、陶瓷件磨擦过程中亚表层结构研究等。在应用中表现出其它手段所没有的一些功能。
Computerized sound microscope series has been successfully developed.
