本文采用特异性放免法测定了不同缺氧条件下大鼠血浆内皮素含量,结果发现对照组(n=20)、单次缺氧组(n=17)、反复缺氧组雄鼠(n=11)以及雌鼠(n=9)的血浆内皮素含量分别为50.29±1.89、71.27±5.40、106.11±8.82和77.88±8.45pg/ml。单次或反复缺氧组与对照组相比差异非常显著(p<0.01或0.001)。本研究证实急性中度缺氧能引起血浆内皮素含量明显增加,而且雄性大鼠在反复缺氧以后还能进一步提高。目前已知内皮素是作用最强、持续时间最久的缩血管活性物质,体内含量过高可对心血管系统和脑微循环产生严重影响,应尽量避免。
In this paper, the specific radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of plasma endothelin in rats under different hypoxic conditions. The results showed that in the control group (n = 20), single hypoxia group (n = 17), repeated hypoxia group (n = 11) and female rats (n = 9) were 50.29 ± 1.89, 71.27 ± 5.40, 106.11 ± 8.82 and 77.88 ± 8.45 pg / ml, respectively. Single or repeated hypoxia compared with the control group, the difference was significant (p <0.01 or 0.001). This study confirmed that acute moderate hypoxia can cause plasma endothelin levels increased significantly, and that male rats can be further increased after repeated hypoxia. Endothelin is currently known to be the strongest vasoconstrictor with the longest duration of vasoconstrictor activity. Excessive in vivo levels can have serious effects on the cardiovascular system and cerebral microcirculation, and should be avoided as much as possible.
