用改良的Tourtellotte公式,检测21例活动期MS病人、28例OND病人和30例非神经系统疾病病人(对照组)的CNS内每日新合成IgG水平。结果显示该指标对诊断MS的敏感性为95%,特异性为88%。
The modified Tourtellotte formula was used to detect daily levels of newly synthesized IgG in the CNS of 21 patients with active MS, 28 patients with OND and 30 patients with non-neurological diseases (control group). The results show that the indicators of the sensitivity of the diagnosis of MS was 95%, the specificity was 88%.
