运用主成分分析,结合SPSS统计软件,对5种中草药的微量元素含量进行定量定性的综合评价。获得3个主成分及相应的主成分方程,建立主成分对变量的回归方程,对这5种中药的有效成分和临床研究具有一定的指导意义。
Using the principal component analysis and SPSS statistical software, quantitative and qualitative comprehensive evaluation of the trace element contents of the five Chinese herbal medicines was conducted. Obtaining the three principal components and the corresponding principal component equations and establishing the regression equation of the principal component to the variables have certain guiding significance for the active ingredients and clinical studies of these five Chinese herbs.
