在RM500立式预磨机磨碎过程分析和试验基础上,设定电动机转速和入料速度为最佳工况,研究入料、排料粒级分布作为输入、输出数据的辨识试验及相应的辨识算法。利用MATLAB系统辨识工具箱对其进行建模和相应的参数辨识。经模型检验和试验表明,该辨识建模方法具有良好的建模效果,可通过辨识模型计算出排料粒级分布,用以评估矿石的破碎情况,并为预磨机的自动化控制研究提供依据。
