教研组是学校贯彻教育教学措施的基层单位,是领导和教师在教学上联系的桥梁,是学校控制、实施、检查教学工作的主要执行者和参谋,是团结广大教师进行教学研究的重要阵地,同时也是培养年轻教师的摇篮,使年轻教师迅速成为教学骨干。因此,如何发挥教研组的作用,直接影响到教学质量。
The teaching and research group is the grass-roots unit of the school in carrying out education and teaching measures.
