据报道:春季蘑菇收菇期短,培养料用量应当比冬季蘑菇减少。但我所试验结果:春季蘑菇培养料用量减少,会导致生物效率和工效都降低。试验采用当年的晚稻草,设每0.11平方米用稻草2、3和4公斤三个处理。1984年11月22日,稻草用2％石灰水浸后沥干,次日建堆,每50公斤稻草加入尿素350克,过磷酸钙和石膏各1公斤。第一次翻堆于堆后6天进行,以后每隔4天翻堆一次,12月23日上床后发酵,30日播种。品种为8205。1985年元月29日覆湿粗土,次日覆细土。小区面积0.58平方米,重复三次,随机排列。
