目的 :评价置入下腔静脉滤过器预防各种因素所致静脉血栓脱落引起肺动脉栓塞的效果和安全性。方法 :2 0例下肢深静脉、盆腔静脉及下腔静脉血栓患者经右锁骨下静脉或股静脉置入钛质Bird’snestfilter(BNF) 2例 ,VenaTech LGMFilter(VTF) 18例 ;滤器置于肾静脉开口水平上方 3例、下方 17例 ;术后立即摄腹部平片及血管造影 ,观察滤器位置、形态及血流情况 ,并积极进行局部或全身溶栓治疗。结果 :全部滤器均成功放置 ,无任何并发症发生。随防 1~ 44个月亦无任何移位或倾斜、腔静脉阻塞及肺栓塞。结论 :置入下腔静脉滤过器是预防肺栓塞安全有效的方法。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of inferior vena cava filter in preventing thromboembolism caused by venous thrombus caused by various factors. Methods: Twenty patients with deep venous, pelvic and IVC thrombosis were treated with titanium Bird’snestfilter (BNF) in 2 cases and VenaTech LGMFilter (VTF) in 18 cases with right subclavian vein or femoral vein. The filter was placed in the kidney Venous opening above the level of the three cases, the bottom of 17 cases; immediately after abdominal film and angiography, the location of the filter, morphology and blood flow, and actively local or systemic thrombolytic therapy. Results: All filters were successfully placed without any complications. With 1 ~ 44 months without any shift or tilt, vena cava obstruction and pulmonary embolism. Conclusion: Inferior vena cava filter placement is a safe and effective method to prevent pulmonary embolism.
