本文报告应用单磷酸阿糖腺苷（Ａｒａ－ＡＭＰ）联合沙棘冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎３６例，与３１例对照组对比分析，疗效显著，治疗组ＨＢｓＡｇ阴转率为１６．６７％，高于对照组（３．２３％）。ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率治疗组高达６６．６７％，显著高于对照组（１９．３５％）．差异十分显著，Ｐ＜０．０１。发现该方法有较好的远期疗效，半年后ＨＢｅＡｇ反跳率治疗组１１．７６％，显著低于对照组（８３．３３％），Ｐ＜０．０１。证实沙棘除有免疫调节作用外，并能有效地减少Ａｒａ－ＡＭＰ的毒副作用。
This article reports the application of Ara-AMP combined with seabuckthorn granules in the treatment of 36 cases of chronic hepatitis B, compared with 31 cases of control group, the curative effect is remarkable, the treatment group HBsAg negative conversion rate was 16.67% Control group (3.23%). HBeAg negative conversion rate of treatment group up to 66.67%, significantly higher than the control group (19.35%). The difference was significant (P <0.01). The results showed that this method had better long-term curative effect. After six months, HBeAg rebound rate in treatment group was 11.76%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (83.33%), P <0.01. Confirmed that in addition to sea buckthorn immunomodulatory effect, and can effectively reduce the toxic side effects of Ara-AMP.
