胶原性结肠炎(Collagenous colitis)是1976年由Lindstrom首先提出的。临床表现为好发于中年女性的持续或间歇性水样泻伴腹痛。实验室、钡灌肠及纤维结肠镜检查均无明显特异性异常。其主要特征为结肠粘膜活检时显微镜下可见粘膜上皮下胶原纤维层明显增厚。病因及发病机理尚未明。本病至今国内未见
Collagenous colitis was first proposed by Lindstrom in 1976. Clinical manifestations of persistent or intermittent water-prone diarrhea with middle-aged women with abdominal pain. Laboratory, barium enema and colonoscopy showed no specific abnormalities. The main feature of colonic mucosa biopsy microscopic submucosal collagen fiber layer visible thickening. Etiology and pathogenesis is not yet clear. The disease so far no domestic
