研究了碱金属氯化物存在下β-环糊精对萘的包络作用,结果表明,盐类存在下萘-β-环糊精包络物形成常数增大并促进萘在β-环糊精水溶液中激基缔合物的形成,结果说明盐类的存在有利于强硫水性化合物的包络,并定量说明主客体间的疏水相互作用是包络物形成动力之一。
The effect of β-cyclodextrin on naphthalene was studied in the presence of alkali metal chloride. The results showed that the formation constant of naphthalene-β-cyclodextrin envelop in the presence of salts increased and the adsorption of naphthalene on β-cyclodextrin The formation of exciplexes in aqueous solution indicated that the presence of salts favored the envelopment of strongly water-soluble compounds and quantitatively demonstrated that the hydrophobic interaction between host and guest was one of the driving forces behind the envelop formation.
