采用“U”形完整回肠管和圆柱状回肠袢,对全膀胱切除病人实施膀胱重建术9例,一期愈合8例,漏尿1例。经对“U”形完整回肠管和圆柱状回肠袢重建膀胱的几何容量、顺应性及蠕动方式等优、缺点加以比较。初步体会是:圆柱状回肠袢比“U”形完整回肠管重建的膀胱有更多的优越性。
Using “U” shaped intact ileum and cylindrical ileum, 9 cases of total cystectomy were reconstructed with bladder reconstruction. One case was cured in 8 cases and the other was urine leakage in one case. After the “U” -shaped intact ileum and cylindrical ileum 袢 reconstruction of the geometric capacity of the bladder, compliance and motility and other advantages and disadvantages to be compared. The initial experience is that: cylindrical ileum "than U-shaped complete ileum reconstruction of the bladder have more advantages.
