经4年观察,伏令夏橙花芽分化程序及其形态特征与实生甜橙等基本一致,不同之处是前者生理分化和形态分化期提前,子房形成期延后,分化全过程延长。伏令夏橙花原基、萼片、花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊、子房大量分化前蛋白质都有1—2次积累和消耗过程,其中以花原基分化前积累最高。花芽分化受气温影响较大,秋冬季气温愈高,分化愈早。
After 4 years of observation, the procedures and their morphological characteristics of summer orange flower bud were basically the same as that of the real orange. The difference was that the former had earlier physiological differentiation and morphological differentiation, delayed the formation of ovary and prolonged the whole process of differentiation. Volatile summer orange blossom primordia, sepals, petals, stamens, pistils, ovary large pre-differentiation of proteins have 1-2 times the accumulation and consumption process, in which the highest accumulation before differentiation of flower primordia. Flower bud differentiation is greatly affected by temperature, the higher the temperature in autumn and winter, the earlier the differentiation.
