目的:为加强对从业人员健康体检监督管理工作,防止因从业人员肠道带志贺与沙门致病菌而引起食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生或流行。方法:用肛拭子法进行增菌分离培养鉴定。结果:对1523名公共场所从业人员进行健康体检中,在4位从业人员大便(肛拭)中检出2株志贺菌,2株沙门菌。结论:加强对从业人员肠道志贺菌属与沙门菌属携带情况检测,对防止食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生具有重要意义。
Objective: To strengthen the supervision and management of practitioners ’health examination and prevent the occurrence or prevalence of food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases caused by the employees’ intestine carrying Shiga and Salmonella pathogens. Methods: anal swab method for enrichment culture identification. Results: In the health check-up of 1,523 employees in public places, 2 strains of Shigella and 2 strains of Salmonella were detected in the stool of 4 employees (anal swab). Conclusion: It is of great importance to prevent the occurrence of food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases by strengthening the detection of carrying Shigella and Salmonella among practitioners.
