该装置系邢台矿务局研制的直接用于单绳单层缠绕式或多绳摩擦轮式立井绞车的速度状态的后备保护裝置。该装置于1987年11月通过了河北省煤炭厅主持的技术鉴定。
The device is developed by Xingtai Mining Bureau directly for the single-rope single-layer winding or multi-rope friction shaft winch speed state of the backup protection device. The device in November 1987 adopted by the Hebei Provincial Coal Office presided over the technical appraisal.
