新课改对高中语文教师是一次机遇与挑战,如何解读新课改,需要在教学实践中不断的摸索与总结。新课改要求语文一线教师解放思想,摒弃落后的传统教学模式,减少一些泛泛而谈的解说,淡化一些固化的说教,重本务实地把语文教学的重点转移到诱导同学们多背、多读,多练的实际行动上来。唯有如此,学生对语言的积累和掌握才能聚沙成塔,由少而多,为语文素质和语文能力的全面发展奠定基础。
The new curriculum reform is an opportunity and challenge for high school language teachers.
