目的 确定适用于中国国情的放射诊断医疗照射指导水平。方法 对放射诊断检查年频率和受检者剂量进行调查和测量。结果 确定了用于表征参考剂量的剂量学量、检测方法 ,以及推荐了 18种放射诊断检查的医疗照射指导水平。结论 医疗照射指导水平的设立 ,必将推进医疗照射辐射防护最优化的深入发展
Objective To determine the level of radiation diagnostic medical exposure guidance applicable to China’s national conditions. Methods The frequency of diagnostic radiography and the dose of the subjects were investigated and measured. Results The dosimetry used to characterize the reference dose, the method of detection, and the level of medical exposure guidance recommended for 18 radiation diagnostic tests were determined. Conclusion The establishment of medical radiation guidance level will promote the further development of the radiation protection optimization
