洪深同志是我国話剧运动的老前輩,是杰出的导演艺术家。他生前导演过不少戏,教导过不少演員和导演,在話剧导演方面积累了丰富的經驗,有着卓越的成就,这是我們的一笔可宝貴的財富。目前,話剧界的同志們正在从各方面努力提高話剧艺术的质量,我們觉得,收集整理像洪深同志这样老前輩的艺术經驗,向他学习,这对于我們今天話剧艺术质量的提高,肯定是有好处的。洪深同志离开我們已經六年了。为了向他学习,中国戏剧家协会戏剧艺术委員会特于10月11日举行了一次小型座談会,邀請一些过去和洪深同志合作过的同志們来回忆一下洪深同志在导演工作方面的經驗、他的工作方法和工作作風。参加座談的有张季純、金山蓝馬、舒绣文、石联星、熊塞声、赵韞如、张逸生、胡辛安、李超等。現在把他們的发言略加整理,发表在这里。
