各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市外经贸委(厅、局)、经贸委(经委)、财政厅(局)、国税局、地税局、工商行政管理局、外汇管理局、海关广东分署,各直属海关:经过几年的努力,外商投资企业联合年检工作在改善投资软环境、减轻企业负担、加强政府部门间的沟通与协作等方面起到了重要作用。为做好2003年全国外商投资企业联合年检工作,继续贯彻执行《关于对外商投资企业实行联合年检的实施方案的通知》([1998]外经贸资发第938号,以下简称《通知》)精神,现就有关问题通知如下:一、2003年3月1日至5月31日为外商投资企业联合年检的工作时间。各地要严格按《通知》要求组织对外商投资企业的联合年检,各部门要积极参加联合年检。二、各地要加大外商投资联合年检宣传力度,努力提高企业的参检率。对不申报年检、未如实申报年检情况或在生产

The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: 1. March 1 to May 31, 2003 is the working time of the joint annual inspection of foreign-invested enterprises. All localities must organize joint annual inspections of foreign-invested enterprises in strict accordance with the requirements of the “Notice”, and all departments must actively participate in joint annual inspections.
