台州市全面开展以“三资两重”等农村热点为主要内容的“廉洁村”创建活动,全市乡村吹来一股清廉之风。村账不明,村资管理混乱,村干部不作为或者乱作为……这些问题都容易导致村级事务管理混乱,但又一直缺乏有效的措施。近年来,台州市全面开展以资金、资产、资源和重大事项民主决策、重点工程建设管理“三资两重”等农村热点为主要内容的“廉洁村”创建活动,打破对村干部监督难、约束难的尴尬局面,全市乡村吹来一股清廉之风。
