“从小到大,父母经常教育我们要诚实守信、尊敬老师和家长”、“我家的家风是与人为善、勤俭持家”……前一段时间央视推出的“家风是什么”系列采访,引发了全国观众热议。从某一角度来看,家风就是一个家庭的文化。如果把一个企业比喻成大家庭,那么企业文化就是这个大家庭中的“家风”。企业文化其实一点也不抽象,而是在不经意间,渗透进每一家有色金属企业员工的工作点滴中:云铜“拓荒牛”精神,株硬“精诚创造价值”的核心价值观,
