介绍了内部控制理论的演变与我国内部控制规范体系的建立,论述了阀门企业建立内部控制制度的目标和原则,通过分析阀门企业内部控制存在的不足,提出了阀门企业建立完善内部控制的措施。
The evolution of internal control theory and the establishment of internal control system in China are introduced. The objectives and principles of establishing internal control system for valve enterprises are discussed. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in internal control of valve enterprises, measures for establishing and perfecting internal control of valve enterprises are put forward.
