观察了213例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者肌酸激酶峰值与缺血病史的关系。结果表明无病史组患者平均肌酸激酶(309±121对160±120IU)、乳酸脱氢酶(1123±456对926±401U/L)和谷草转氨酶(207±93对139±92IU)峰值显著高于有病史组;无病史组三个年龄组患者平均肌酸激酶峰值亦明显高于有病史组同年龄组患者;而两组住院并发症发生率相似。提示无缺血病史的AMI患者梗塞面积更大。
The relationship between creatine kinase peak and ischemic history was observed in 213 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The results showed that the mean creatine kinase (309 ± 121 vs 160 ± 120 IU), lactate dehydrogenase (1123 ± 456 vs 926 ± 401 U / L) and aspartate aminotransferase (207 ± 93 vs 139 ± 92 IU) were significantly higher in patients without history In the history group, the average peak creatine kinase in the three age groups without history group was significantly higher than that in the history group with the same age group. The incidence of in-hospital complications was similar in both groups. AMI patients with a history of no history of ischemia had a larger infarct size.
