根据二齿差摆动活齿传动的工作原理及结构特点,在Pro/E环境下,对二齿差摆动活齿传动系统进行三维实体建模,通过虚拟装配检查在装配过程中和装配完成后是否存在干涉,并对传动系统进行运动学仿真,对仿真结果进行分析。验证了二齿差摆动活齿传动结构设计的可行性和合理性。所提出的研究方法能及早地发现设计缺陷、缩短设计周期和降低开发成本,也适用于其他机构虚拟样机的设计。
According to the working principle and structural characteristics of two-tooth differential swing movable tooth transmission, under the Pro / E environment, the three-dimensional solid modeling of the two-tooth differential swing movable tooth transmission system is carried out. During the assembly process and after assembly, There is interference, and kinematics simulation of the transmission system, the simulation results were analyzed.
