获自活动期SLE患者的高效价抗核抗体(ANA)阳性血清与正常人活的淋巴细胞共育4h后,光镜免疫金银染色示ANA穿入的细胞达534±12%;超微结构研究于细胞核和/或细胞浆中均可见散在或成簇的胶体金颗粒,由此证明ANA对活细胞具有侵入性,这种侵入对细胞功能的损伤可能有重要意义。
