投资稳步增长 外资明显下降 在国家扩大内需的积极财政政策影响下,1999年一季度固定资产投资呈现稳步增长的态势。在出口需求下降明显,消费对经济增长的贡献率下降的情况下,投资对国民经济的拉动作用继续增强。1季度完成投资累计达2022.8亿元,同比增长22.7％(不包括城乡集体和个人投资,下同)。
