肺癌是一种独特的人类恶性实体瘤,其原因在大多数病人中是知道的;85%-u-%的肺癌是由吸烟引起的;环境中接触氛也能增加肺癌的危险。过去10余年的分子生物学研究已发现了一些吸烟及接触氧引起的分子变化,并已开始确定了一些基因的突变作为人的肺癌不同组织学类型的特征。
Lung cancer is a unique type of human malignant solid tumor, and its causes are known in most patients; 85%-u-% of lung cancers are caused by smoking; environmental exposure to atmosphere can also increase the risk of lung cancer. Molecular biology studies in the past more than 10 years have identified some molecular changes caused by smoking and exposure to oxygen, and have begun to identify mutations in some genes as characteristics of different histological types of human lung cancer.
