我们应用中心静脉导管置人胸腔方法治疗恶性胸水患者取得满意疗效，现报告如下；临床资料：8例中，女5例，男3例，年龄45～72岁，均为肺部周围型肺癌胸膜转移患者。所有患者均具有以下共同临床特点：刺激性咳嗽、气急、胸闷；X线胸片示肺内有占位性病变；B超检查证实有大量胸腔
