目的提高糖尿病合并高血压老年患者的健康认识,使其积极主动配合治疗,有效地预防并发症的发生,提高生活质量。方法对30例糖尿病合并高血压老年患者在出院期间进行健康教育,使患者认识疾病的危害性,重视预防和治疗的重要性。结果有效地降低了糖尿病合并高血压患者并发症的发生。结论对糖尿病合并高血压患者进行全面的健康教育势在必行,可切实提高老年人的生存质量,降低社会医疗负担。
Objective To improve the health awareness of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension so that they can actively cooperate with treatment to effectively prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life. Methods Thirty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension were given health education during hospital discharge so that the patients could recognize the dangers of the disease and pay attention to the importance of prevention and treatment. The results effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion It is imperative to carry out comprehensive health education in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, which can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly and reduce the burden of social medical care.
