目的分析手术室优质护理措施对患者的心理及生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年9月-2016年9月来我院进行手术的患者88例作为本文研究对象,按照随机分组原则,分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予手术室优质护理措施,对比两组患者SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)和生活质量评分。结果经过护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,且生活质量评分高,数据间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将手术室优质护理应用在手术患者护理过程中,不仅能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁评分,还可提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of quality nursing interventions on the psychology and quality of life in the operating room. Methods Seventy-eight patients who came to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the study object. According to the principle of randomization, the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given high quality operation room Nursing measures, SAS (anxiety self-rating scale), SDS (Self-rating Depression Scale) and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was high, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing in operating room in the nursing process of surgical patients not only can effectively improve the anxiety and depression scores of patients, but also improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of popularization.
