用间接免疫荧光法检测28例慢性病毒性肝炎病人外周血单个核细胞Tac蛋白之表达,发现各型慢肝病人Tac蛋白之表达均明显低于正常人,且与其LAK细胞活性之低下呈正相关,而认为,Tac表达不良可能是其LAK细胞活性低下之主要原因。提示慢肝病人存在免疫缺损,如提高其Tac蛋白之表达则可能提高其免疫治疗之疗效。
The expression of Tac protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 28 patients with chronic viral hepatitis was detected by indirect immunofluorescence. It was found that the expression of Tac protein in chronic hepatitis was significantly lower than that in normal people and positively correlated with the low activity of LAK cells That Tac poor expression may be the main reason for the low activity of LAK cells. Suggesting that chronic liver disease patients with immune deficiency, such as improving the expression of its Tac protein may improve the efficacy of its immunotherapy.
