通过离子交换反应制备了一种新型虫草素层状双氢氧化物纳米复合体。透射电镜、X-衍射和红外光谱分析结果表明,带负电的虫草素中和无机层片电荷而插层到镁铝层状双氢氧化物[Mg-Al-NO3]中。实验结果显示,通过简单的离子交换,可制得新型生物有机纳米复合体,该类纳米复合体将有可能成为生物活性分子的贮存库或载体。
A novel cordycepin layered double hydroxide nanocomposite was prepared by ion exchange reaction. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that negatively charged cordycepin neutralized the charge of the inorganic layer and intercalated into Mg-Al layered double hydroxide [Mg-Al-NO3]. The experimental results show that by simple ion exchange, a new type of bio-organic nanocomposite can be obtained. Such nanocomposites will likely become reservoirs or carriers of biologically active molecules.
