Wnt信号通路包括经典Wnt/β-catenin信号通路和非经典通路,对个体组织发育和干细胞的自我更新具有重要调控作用,在包括颅面部器官在内的几乎所有器官发生过程中都必需Wnt信号通路的调控。研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路不仅在牙齿发育过程中参与了上皮和间充质的相互作用,在牙囊细胞的分化过程亦有Wnt信号通路的参与。本文就Wnt信号通路在牙齿发育和牙囊成骨/成牙骨质向分化中的调控作用研究进展作一综述。
The Wnt signaling pathway, including the classical Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway and non-canonical pathway, plays an important regulatory role in the development of individual tissues and the self-renewal of stem cells. Wnt signaling pathway is required in almost all organs including craniofacial organs Regulation. The study found that Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway not only involved in epithelial and mesenchymal interactions during tooth development, but also involved Wnt signaling pathway in the process of dental follicle cell differentiation. This review summarizes the research progress of Wnt signaling pathway in the regulation of tooth development and odontoblasts / odontoblast differentiation.
