目的： 观察抗心衰Ⅱ号胶囊粉对心脏功能和血液动力学的影响。方法： 用多道生理记录仪和电磁流量计记录麻醉状态下犬的各项心功能和血液动力学指标。结果： 抗心衰Ⅱ号胶囊粉可使麻醉犬的左室压力、左室压力最大变化速率、心脏指数、心博指数、心输出量、收缩压等明显增加， 心率减慢， 但对心肌耗氧指数无明显影响。结论： 抗心衰Ⅱ号胶囊粉对心脏呈现正性肌力作用和负性频率作用， 而且不增加心肌耗氧量。
Objective: To observe the effect of anti-heart failure II capsule powder on cardiac function and hemodynamics. Methods: All physiological functions and hemodynamic parameters of dogs under anesthesia were recorded with multi-channel physiological recorder and electromagnetic flowmeter. Results: Anti-heart failure II capsule powder can increase left ventricular pressure, maximum change rate of left ventricular pressure, heart index, heart index, cardiac output, systolic pressure, etc. in anesthetized dogs, and the heart rate is slowed, but the myocardial consumption is decreased. The oxygen index has no significant effect. Conclusion: The anti-heart failure II capsule powder showed positive inotropic and negative frequency effects on the heart and did not increase myocardial oxygen consumption.
