我院自1995年2月～1998年6月运用中西医结合治疗小儿急性肾炎40例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 86例均符合小儿急性肾炎诊断标准,为住院和门诊随诊患儿。随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西药对照组。治疗组40例,男28例,女12例;年龄2岁～12岁,平均7岁;病程2天～14天,平均6.7天;肉眼血尿16例,镜下血尿24例;高血压、肾功能损害各4例,合并感染15例。对照组46例,男30例,女16例;年龄3岁～13岁,平均7.1岁;
