故障现象曝光时按下曝光手闸第一档,就会发生连接的配电柜跳闸。故障分析与维修将高压发生器内旋阳极插头拔下,用跳线将温度反馈的两个点短接起来(目的是断开旋阳极负载),按下曝光手闸第一档,未出现漏电保护器跳闸现象,将旋阳插头接好,故障现象再次出现。用万用表测量旋阳级的两个线圈,阻值正常(大约几欧姆),判断是旋阳级转子抱死导致电流过大跳闸。在使用varian(瓦里安)的球管该故障率较高,更换球管,曝光一切正常,设备恢复正常。
