随着网络时代的到来,社会中众多行业都实现了自我生产和管理的自动化。现代信息技术和通信技术的发展,为图书馆采编业务的社会化创造了基础条件。随着国家对文化事业的重视程度的加强,对图书馆的经费投入也再逐年的增加,相应的采编业务量也再迅速的增加,当图书馆个体无法承受越来越多的采编业务时,就需要社会上的其它组织和机构共同完成。本文通过对图书馆采编业务的发展现状进行分析,结合发展情况对图书馆采编业务的社会化进程中存在的问题进行研究,最后提出相应的应对对策。
With the advent of the Internet age, many industries in society have realized the automation of self-production and management. The development of modern information technology and communication technology has created the basic conditions for the socialization of library collection and editing. As the state attaches more importance to cultural undertakings, the investment in libraries will increase year by year, and the corresponding volume of editorial work will increase rapidly. When the library individuals can not afford more and more collection and editing businesses, It needs other organizations and agencies in society to accomplish it together. Based on the analysis of the development status of library collecting and editing business, this paper studies the problems existing in the socialization process of library collecting and editing business, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
