目的探究手术室切口感染的相关因素并制定相关护理对策。方法随机选取我院收治的21例术后切口感染患者作为研究对象,分析总结患者病情变化情况并针对性提出相应预防措施,督促护理人员严格落实相关制度,统计制度实施后的患者感染情况。结果经分析总结发现,患者感染率较高与多方因素有关,我院应实施有效措施预防可能会导致患者发生感染的因素。结论导致手术室切口感染的原因多种多样,医护人员应该综合考虑,根据引发感染的相关因素,及时制定并实施有效的抗感染护理对策,能有效减少感染的发生。
Objective To explore the related factors of incision infection in operating room and to develop related nursing countermeasures. Methods Totally 21 cases of incisional wound infection admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects. The changes of patients’ condition were analyzed and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward. Supervisors and nurses were urged to strictly implement the relevant system and the statistical infection of patients after the implementation of the system. Results The analysis concluded that patients with higher infection rates and multifactorial factors, our hospital should implement effective measures to prevent infection that may lead to infection in patients. Conclusion There are many reasons for incision infection in the operating room. Health care workers should consider the factors that lead to the infection, and develop and implement effective anti-infective nursing strategies in time, which can effectively reduce the incidence of infection.
