我国改革开放后,西藏旅游业开始起步。1996年,旅游业作为西藏六大支柱产业之首,得到进一步重视和培育。2007年12月,自治区进一步明确把旅游业作为主导产业全力推进。研究探讨旅游产业的问题,不仅关系到旅游产业自身壮大和发展,也关系到西藏经济社会的整体发展,这是由旅游业在西藏产业结构中的地位和西藏本身发展的独特环境所决定的。本文的着眼点,主要是结合相关理论,对西藏旅游产业作为主导产业的定位进行分析,对存在的制约因素进行思考,提出相关对策建议,以促进西藏旅游产业又好又快发展。
After China’s reform and opening up, Tibet’s tourism industry started to take off. In 1996, as the first pillar of six pillar industries in Tibet, tourism was given more attention and nurturing. In December 2007, the autonomous region further clarified that tourism should be fully promoted as the leading industry. Studying and studying the issue of tourism industry is not only related to the growth and development of tourism industry itself, but also to the overall economic and social development in Tibet. It is determined by the status of tourism in the industrial structure of Tibet and the unique environment in which Tibet itself develops. This article focuses on the analysis of the positioning of Tibet’s tourism industry as the leading industry, mainly on the relevant theories. It also considers the existing constraints and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sound and rapid development of Tibet’s tourism industry.
