急性右室心肌梗塞自1974年Cohn氏报告以来渐受重视。我院于1985年经心电图证实1例急性右室心肌梗塞,现报告如下。患者男性,48岁。因右肩臂酸痛伴胸闷及心电图异常,拟诊变异型心绞痛急诊入院。入院前1周曾出现左肩臂酸痛、胸闷,心前区压榨感,晕厥30分钟,伴大汗及血压下降至50/30mmHg,经当地医院初步处理后因发热寒战转来我院。体检:体温38.9℃,脉搏116次/分,血压80/60mmHg。脉弱,皮肤苍白冷
Acute right ventricular myocardial infarction has gained increasing attention since Cohn’s report in 1974. Our hospital in 1985 by ECG confirmed 1 case of acute right ventricular myocardial infarction, are as follows. Male patient, 48 years old. Due to right shoulder pain with chest tightness and ECG abnormalities, diagnosed with variant angina emergency admission. Left shoulder arm pain, chest tightness, squeezing feeling in front of heart area, syncope for 30 minutes, sweating and blood pressure dropped to 50 / 30mmHg occurred 1 week before admission. After the initial treatment at the local hospital, the patients were transferred to our hospital for fever. Physical examination: body temperature 38.9 ℃, pulse 116 beats / min, blood pressure 80 / 60mmHg. Pulse weak, pale skin cold
