采用燃烧合成工艺制备 Ti N 陶瓷件。压坯由70 μm Ti 加15 μm Ti N 稀释剂经干压而成,孔隙率为45 % 。压坯与80 M Pa N2 反应合成 Ti N 陶瓷件,密度为理论密度的75 % 。稀释剂为15 μm Ti N 粉末,是由70 μm Ti 粉与8 M Pa N2 反应合成。对产物进行了 X R D 相分析和 S E M 微观组织分析。
TiN ceramic parts were prepared by combustion synthesis process. The green compact was dry-pressed from 70 μm Ti plus 15 μm Ti N thinner with a porosity of 45%. The green compact is reacted with 80 M Pa N 2 to synthesize Ti N ceramic parts with a density of 75% of the theoretical density. The thinner is 15 μm Ti N powder synthesized from 70 μm Ti powder and 8 M Pa N2. The products were analyzed by X R D phase analysis and S E M microstructure analysis.
