(August 23, 2013) Dear Delegates, Comrades, After the whole delegate’s tense and productive work day and a half, the Fifth National Congress of the Chinese Association of Certified Tax Agents successfully completed all the agenda. The conference set up the China CTA professional party and China CTA service team, the Central Organization Department, the Central United Front Department and the State Administration of Taxation Secretary Wang Jun, personally busy in the General Assembly made an important speech.
