读完贵刊1—4期所载文章后,那种不以为然的心情荡然无存,渐渐地喜爱上这新结识的“伙伴”。贵刊顺应了部队现代化建设的需要,在纵论横述军事理论、研讨战术的同时,也兼顾了民兵、预备役工作和人武部建设,使我们感到在《军事知识》这块军事理论园地中也有我们人武干部的一席之地。我们也想用“人武部建设”专栏,谈谈自己对人武部建设的一些粗浅看法,希望贵刊能办得灵活一点,文章尽量精练一些,让更多的同志有机会阐述自己的观点。
After reading the articles published in periodicals 1-4, the kind of disagreeable mood disappeared and gradually fell in love with this new acquaintance. Your journal complied with the needs of the modernization of the armed forces. While laying stress on recounting and reviewing military theories and tactics, we also took into consideration the construction of militia and reserve forces and the establishment of the People’s Armed Forces so that we may feel that in the military theoretical field of “military knowledge” We are a member of the military cadres. We would also like to use the column entitled “Construction of the People’s Armed Forces” to talk about some superficial views on the construction of the People’s Armed Police Department. We hope that your magazine will be more flexible and the article will be refined to give more comrades an opportunity to elaborate their own views .
