目的探讨全科团队服务模式对糖尿病患者的实施效果。方法 99例实施全科团队服务模式管理的糖尿病患者为观察组,99例实施传统糖尿病社区管理模式的糖尿病患者为对照组。对照分析糖尿病患者在不同健康管理服务模式下的疾病控制效果。结果在健康知识的掌握方面,干预后观察组患者掌握良好77例,对照组掌握良好56例,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对健康管理的依从性方面,观察组在参加健康讲座、饮食配合、参加体育锻炼、用药配合、定期检查配合、治疗配合、护理满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在身体各项指标方面,观察组患者在空腹血糖、胆固醇、血压等方面的减小幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科团队服务模式在糖尿病管理中的应用效果比较好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of general service mode on patients with diabetes. Methods Ninety-nine patients with diabetes who underwent the service mode management of general practitioners were selected as the observation group. Ninety-nine patients with diabetes who underwent traditional diabetes community management were selected as the control group. Control analysis of the disease control effect of diabetes patients in different health management service modes. Results In the aspect of the mastery of health knowledge, there were 77 patients in the observation group and 56 in the control group after intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). In compliance with health management, the observation group There were significant differences in the health indicators, diet, physical exercise, medication, regular check-up, treatment and nursing satisfaction, and so on. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The decrease of fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure in the observation group was larger than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of the service mode of general team in diabetes management is better and worthy of promotion.
